Ingredients: - Shakshuka Recipe


  1. Cooking oil – 1 Spoon (big)
  2. Fennel seed - 1 spoon
  3. Onion chopped small size - 2 no’s(.Big size)
  4. Garlic and Ginger crush paste - 1 spoon (1 Inch)
  5. Fresh green chili chopped small size - 2-3 no’s
  6. tomato chopped small size - 2 no`s (Big size)
  7. Salt to taste or 1 spoon
  8. Fresh matar / peas - 1 bowl
  9. Fresh coriander leave chopped small size – 1 bowl

  1. Take 1 bowl chopped onion, 1 cup chopped tomatoes, 1 inch ginger and 3 to 4 garlic (chopped) in a crush  or grinder , blender jar.
  2. Take 1 bowl fresh coriander leave chopped small size.
  3. Keep this all aside.



How to process Egg Shakshuka Recipe

  1. Take a fry pan and keep over burner
  2. Then add cooking oil and heat its suffiently
  3. Now add fennel seed (1 spoon) and fry it’s for few second.
  4. Then add onion chopped small size (2 no`s Big size) and fry its till get brown ( 2 -3 minutes)
  5. Now add garlic and Ginger crush paste (1 spoon)
  6. Also add fresh green chili chopped  small size (2-3 nos.)
  7. Fry all ingredients together for 2 -3 minutes or till get brown on low flame.
  8. Now add masala – turmeric powder – ½ spoon, coriander powder – 2 spoon, red chili powder – 2 spoons or quantity may be change as per your taste.
  9. Then mix well all masala together till get brown for 2 minutes.                                                
  10. Now add tomato chopped small size (2 no`s) Big size and mix well its.
  11. Then add salt to your taste (1 spoon)
  12. Now cover the fry pan with led and cooks for 2 -3 minutes
  13. Then add fresh matar / peas ( 1 bowl) and mix its well all together and cover its and cook for 3 minutes.
  14. Now add fresh coriander leave chopped small size (1 bowl) and mix its well all together and cover its and cook for 2 minutes.
  15. Then add  a glass of water or  as per gravy required and mix its well all together and cover its and cook for 2 minutes.
  16. Now add Egg (break) 8 no`s  into gravy and sprinkle little quantity of salt  and red chili powder over egg only.
  17. Then cook for 2-3 minutes.
  18. Now Egg Shakshuka Recipe is ready to serve with roti or rice.
