most welcomed snack, and we are always are looking for different way to cook
it. So here i bring you a mouth watering snack - Maggi pakora - made out of our
fav noodles with lots of vegetables to make it healthy and it's a perfect snack
to munch on during the monsoon season. You can also serve it as and party
snack/ appetizer/ starter, it also tastes really good with evening tea.

Monsoon is just arrived the corner and Pakoda is hot favourite Indian snacks of
everyone. Today I am sharing my very different recipe of Maggi Pakoda of Indian
Style. This recipe is so Quick & Easy to make and the taste is awesome.
This recipe is super tasty & delicious and irresistible.
Ingrdients :-
- Maggi pakora
- Water 2 cup
- Bring it to a boil
- Maggi 1 pack
- Boil it for 2 mins
- Let the maggi cool down
- Capsicum 1/4 cup
- Carrot (grated) 1/2 cup
- Onion 1/4 cup
- Gram flour 1/2 cup
- Cumin 1/2 tsp
- Chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
- Garlic 1/4 tsp
- Ginger 1/4 tsp
- Paprika 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Onion leaf 2 tbsp
- Boiled noodles
- Oil for fry
Procedure :-
- Prepare Maggi Noodles as shown to you on
packet.
- Cook it with less water and cook it till 80% only.
- After preparing
Maggi Noodles cool it completely.
- Then add chopped Cabbage, Capsicum, Onion,
- Coriander, Red Chili Powder, Suji (Rawa),
- Besan according to shown in video.
- Mix all ingredients well and if required add water in it.
- Make sure your Maggi
Pakora better should not be runny.
- Fry this pakoda in hot oil and till it
becomes crispy.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
