Egg Katli (Anda Katli) Healthy Recipe

If you are fed up with eating normal boiled egg then here is an innovation in the boiled egg recipe. Hello Friends in this blog we are going to discuss the steps involved in making an Egg Katli(Anda Katli).



Ingredients required (आवश्यक सामग्री):

1. Egg(Boiled)
2. Cooking Oil
3. Cumin(जीरा)
4. Onion(प्याज)
5. Green chili(हरी मिर्च)
5. Tomatoes(टमाटर)
6.  Turmeric powder(Haldi orहल्दी पाउडर)
7.  Coriander powder(धनिया पाउडर)
8.  Red chili powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
9.  Salt(According to taste)
10. Garam Masala(गरम मसाला)
11. Coriander Leaves(Dhanya)

Procedure Steps  by Steps
  1. Take boiled eggs. Cut into 6 pieces
  2. Now heat oil in pan. Add chopped onions,curry leaves, saute for 2-3 minutes  fry it till light pink
  3. Now add tomatoes fry it till tomatoes are soft 
  4. Chopped green chilli
  5. Put all dry ingredients like turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder mix well. 
  6. Add Salt as per taste
  7. Add hara dhanya and mixed with light hand and keep it on low flame for 5 mins.
  8. Cook until leave oil in pan..
  9. then serve it

Simple & easy egg katli is ready to eat with paranthas & chapatis
