Ragi cheela recipe


 


Today we make instant breakfast recipe with ragi. it's really easy and tasty recipe.and also it's good option for kids. We make it with using ragi flour, rice flour and wheat flour as well as add some vegetable.

Ingredients

Maura (ragi) flour-1cup
Onion-3
Green chilli-3 (as per needed)
Tomato-2
Green pepper-1
Green chilies: 2 (or as needed)
Salt-(as per taste)
Ghee - 1/4 tsp for each uttapam 
Sunflower oil-1 tsp for each uttapam
Water as needed

METHOD

Take a bowl and add maura atta in it.
Add 2 large spoon of chana atta (besan ) in it.
Add water as per needed and make a mixture of it.
Now, add all the vegetable's to it. 
Add salt as per taste. 
And leave it for 10 min .
Heat the pan and add oil to it.
Add 2 large spoon of  of mixture to it. 
Spread it on the pan and cook it on from one side .
Turn it and put 1/4 tsp of ghee on it .
Cook it from another side .
In the same way make all the other uttapam .


Tasty and healthy maura uttapam is ready.
